Acceptance

By using CNYKRA you agree to these terms. If you are using CNYKRA on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

Service

CNYKRA provides hotel management software on a subscription basis. We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance.

Acceptable use

You may not use CNYKRA to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with other customers' use of the service.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Liability

CNYKRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
