What we collect

We collect information you provide when signing up or contacting us (name, email, hotel name), usage data (pages visited, features used), and billing information processed securely by our payment provider.

How we use it

To provide and improve the CNYKRA service, send account and product updates, and respond to support requests. We never sell your data.

Your hotel's PMS data

The BridgeIO agent runs entirely on your local Windows machine. Raw Checkinn database records are never uploaded to our cloud. Only derived events (room status changes, reservation summaries) are transmitted over an encrypted WebSocket connection.

Data retention

Reservation and occupancy data is retained for 3 years for reporting purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@cnykra.com.
